The terms that apply when you use this website or request Daybytes services.
These terms govern your use of the Daybytes Tech Solutions website and any services requested through it.
Services
We provide IT support, software and web development, business optimization, training, and related technical services. Scope, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities are set out in the relevant proposal, statement of work, or booking confirmation.
Consultations and bookings
Free consultations and paid bookings are subject to the scheduling tool, our availability, and our confirmation. We may change or cancel appointments with reasonable notice.
For free consultations, rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice is free and subject to availability. Any cancellation or no-show fee for a change made with less than 48 hours' notice will be disclosed before booking. If Daybytes cancels, we will offer a replacement appointment or an appropriate refund for an undelivered paid service.
Pricing and payment
Project proposals require a 50% deposit. The proposal, invoice, or service agreement will state the remaining payment schedule and any service-specific charges before work begins or payment is due.
Payments. We accept international bank transfers in Nigerian naira (NGN), US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) and British pounds (GBP). We do not accept or process card payments on this website. We issue an invoice for every payment, and our bank details appear only on the invoice we send you. Before you pay, confirm the details by emailing or calling us on the contact details on this website, since we will never change payment details by message alone. Bank and intermediary charges are the payer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. Work begins on the terms set out in your quote or agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with our systems, or submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our tools, templates, and general business materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client content and business data remain the property of the client where applicable.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damage arising from the use of the site or our services, except where law does not allow that limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Nigerian law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Nigeria.
